Buying any products can be really tough sometimes, as you may not find your ideal one in one-go. But we accept return with following condition only;

  • Exchange Or Replacement Requests have to be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.
  • When requesting a product Exchange Or Replacement, a 360-degree opening video of the shipment must be submitted.
  • No Exchange Or Replacement will be accepted without a360-degree opening video.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for product faults, sizing concerns, or instances when the incorrect product was shipped by us.
  • No Exchange Or Replacement will be accepted non-other the mentioned above.
  • To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to us the defective or wrong product back.
  • We do not offer free pickups for Exchange Or Replacement; instead, it is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
  • We would make a pickup request within seven working days if we agreed to accept the Exchange Or Replacement.
  • The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products received to us or in our warehouse.
  • We have 7 days Replacement and exchange policy
